Are you looking for a vacation rental with a pool in Umbria? A beautiful holiday home for two persons?
La Mimosa is located on the ground floor of our large house, next to the apartment "I Cuccioli". The apartment has a separate entrance (with two shallow steps) and a small kitchen with a dining area in a conservatory. Next to the double bedroom is the bathroom with a shower.
Cool in summer and always cosy
Also this apartment has been furnished with great attention to detail.
You can enjoy the afternoon and evening sun, sitting in the little dining area in a conservatory. About 20 meters away there is an outdoor sitting area with a table and chairs.
La Mimosa is built into the hillside on one side and is located in the basement. This natural insulation offers protection against large temperature fluctuations.
Especially in summer, our guests appreciate that it stays pleasantly cool here.
And for fresher days in the transitional period, there is, of course, central heating.
The kitchen
Right next to the dining area in the conservatory a small kitchen with a worktop made from granit awaits you. It is equipped with everything you need for cooking.
Rental rates
Low season (from mid november to march, minimum stay 3 days):
EUR 50 per night
Mid season (april to june and mid september to mid november, minimum stay 7 days):
EUR 75 per night
High season (July to mid September, minimum stay 7 days):
EUR 90 per night
Included in the rental rates:
Last day cleaning, sheets and towels, heating.
Not included in the rental rates:
Additional cleaning fee for dogs: EUR 40
Extra persons: EUR 6 per night. Maximum extra persons: 1
No safety deposit.

All apartments are fully equipped with kitchen utensils. You will not find dishwashers, washing machines, micro wave ovens or automatic coffee makers, but of course you can use our washing machine. We deliberately have renounced to TV sets, stereo and telephones in our apartments: our guests will enjoy the luxury of silence and retreat during their stay at La Rogaia.
A large flower garden and sculpture park surround La Rogaia. Each apartment has a private terrace lined with mediterranean herbs and tranquil gardens to enjoy. Our pool offers refreshment on hot summer days.
