All prices plus last day cleaning fee of EUR 60 per apartment. Extra cleaning fee for dogs EUR 20. Prices are valid for occupancy with regular number of persons per apartment as indicated in the table above. Charge for extra persons (children): EUR 20 per week per person. Maximum number of extra persons: 1 person for apartments I Cuccioli and La Pipo, 2 persons for apartments La Grapo, Il Peperino and La Nostalgia. Water, heating, sheets and towels are included in the rental rate.
In medium and high season (from April to mid November) the minimum stay is one week. In low season (from mid November until the end of March) we also rent for short term stays (min 3 days).

Prices for groups
Our entire holiday facilities may be reserved by a group. We have space for groups of 16 persons. Participants stay in individually crafted double or single rooms (shared bathroom for two bedrooms) or in holiday apartments, partly in a house at 2.5 km distance from La Rogaia. For self catering there is a large kitchen to use for your group. For groups with a minimum of 10 persons we can also offer catering.
