Prices are valid for occupancy with regular number of persons per apartment as indicated in the table above. Charge for extra persons: EUR 35 per week per person. Maximum number of extra persons: 1 person for apartments I Cuccioli, La Pipo and La Mimosa, 2 persons for apartments La Grapo, Il Peperino and La Nostalgia.

Water, heating, sheets and towels are included in the rental rate.

 

In medium and high season (from April to mid November) the minimum stay is one week. In low season (from mid November until the end of March) we also rent for short term stays (min 3 days).

Special prices for longer stays (more than three weeks) all year round.

Prices for groups

Our entire holiday facilities may be reserved by a group. We have space for groups of 20 persons. Participants stay in individually crafted double or single rooms (shared bathroom for two bedrooms) or in holiday apartments, partly in a house at 4 km distance from La Rogaia. For self catering there is a large kitchen to use for your group. For groups with a minimum of 10 persons we can also offer catering.

Please give us a call with your group‘s activities and needs. We will do our utmost to accomodate your group‘s interests.
Contact us by email or phone/ fax inquiring about the period and the number of persons in your party and we will send you our best offer.
