with Britta Loebell M.A.Let your fantasy be inspired by the enchanting surroundings of La Rogaia. Discover unknown creative resources inside of you and find your own ways of expressing yourself. Write short stories, poems or start your first novel... Talking about your literary work in the group will improve and deepen your capacity of expression. Your writing becomes the base of personal growth and inner enrichment.
Fee:
- EUR 525 per person per week with lodging in double room (shared bathroom for 3 - 4 persons)
- EUR 645 per person per week with lodging in single room (shared bathroom for 3 - 4 persons).
- EUR 575 per person per week with lodging in private apartment “La Pipo” or “I Cuccioli” with bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace (double occupancy).
- EUR 610 per person per week with lodging in private apartment “La Grapo” with bathroom, kitchenette and private terrace (double occupancy).
Price includes:
Teaching for the entire week of the course
Umbria-Tourist-Card for reduced entrance tickets to museums and for discount in many shops in Umbria
Breakfast for 1 week
Price does not include:
Lunch and dinner. There is the possibility for selfcatering either in a spacious common kitchen or in the apartments. There are restaurants and shops at the village of Castel Rigone at 4 km distance from La Rogaia.

The classes take place at Villa La Rogaia an outstanding old Umbrian country house with many gardens. It is situated near Lake Trasimeno between Rome and Florence. Participants stay in individually crafted double or single rooms (shared bathroom for two bedrooms) or in holiday apartments (for two persons), partly at the village of Castel Rigone at 4 km distance from La Rogaia.
The creative writing workshop will be held in our „camerone“ (a large room) or outside on the big terrace or in the garden. The class
will last for about six hours a day from Sunday to Friday, allowing for plenty of time to enjoy the surroundings of the villa and to go for
trips to the nearby lake or towns.
The number of participants is limited to 10 persons per class. The instruction language is German and English.
